A free talk with composer Cameron Catalano who has composed scores for more than 30 films and produced descriptive audio for more than 200 films since he founded Serafino Sound Studio in 2014. With decades of experience composing and performing music, he effectively translates a film director’s vision into a suitable soundtrack guiding viewers through a film. His descriptive video productions increase a film’s accessibility for visually impaired people using a thoughtful and skilled process.
Cameron’s passion lies in creating music that he wants to hear that just doesn’t exist yet. He enjoys the challenge of assisting others to draw music from their mind and hear it back through their ears. He also strives to increase accessibility of film through his hundreds of audio description productions.
Tickets to attend this talk are free but you must claim them online or in-person via the TicketsNW Box Office.
